Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your jewelry in its original Lisa Gozlan pouch and box to prevent damage during transit, including a copy of your packing slip.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
